Credits are used to perform AI-based operations. Unused credits expire based on the plan validity. Misuse may lead to suspension without notice.
All content, models, code, and branding are the property of Mindful Money unless stated otherwise. Generated outputs may be retained for quality improvement.
We do not sell your data. Uploaded images are temporarily processed and removed after task completion. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
All purchases are final. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis if a technical issue is proven.
Mindful Money and AIQuickSwap are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from the use of our services.
We reserve the right to update features, pricing, or terms. Continued use after updates implies acceptance.
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or engage in misuse.
These terms are governed by the laws of Tamil Nadu, India. Disputes shall be resolved in Chennai jurisdiction.
